yes, a week ago i hit a yellow bard (slash resistant armour) for 1174 with my mainhand (574+540crit) with my bs style.
Hit a sitting lvl 50 with 26%slash resist and norse chain for 640 or so with main, so if i crit for 630...
oh, and yes I do hate the bugged 16.5dps wpns, i hate em to the bone!
Hitting with a variance of 100dmg with the same style on the same guy when im fullspecced just ISNT RIGHT!

and dont tell me we have better or as good defense as a bm, we dont plain and simple. they can spec shield man! if i could get a "free" anytime stun style on 9secs i will tell you there aint ONE man that can kill me in a duel :> (stun-get behind-aim for penetration, frenzy, snowsquall, icy brilliance)
I can actually get off that chain 2 times with a 9sec stun.
now I only have stun of evade, and we all know how much trolls evade


and trust me, it HURTS getting hit while in frenzy(having half af and 19%absorb and no parry/evade stings)

But yeah, your also whipping it out.


in conclusion, yes we have much better offense then a bm, but *only* when we have end. unstyled i hit for fuck-all.
then end-regen came to mid, and zerkers are a real pain in the ass. defense is a bit sub bm normally, and when frenzied its just laughable.

I thought the max crit in rvr was 50% of the damage dealt originally?

Might be wrong, dunno.

I once hit a thane for 512, crit for 205, procced for 325 (dot overall), and reverse procced at the same time for 108.

I have a screenie of it.. if only I could find it..

Thats true, UNLESS ur a frenzied zerker where its a 100% crit on attacks

Erm about that 'free' 9s stun I would have to spec to 42 shield to achieve that which is anything but 'free' as I have to sacrifice chance of swinging offhand for - or some other area.

Its 100% crits, but the crits varies from 1 - 99%.
Berserkers isnt near as feared as we once were
Frenzy was good in duel etc a few patches ago.... now i cant use it there cuz its insta death
tho, on the battlefied its still good.... we can do a large amount of dmg in v. little time.

Giv the old 50 - 99% crits!!!!!!

I beat Karlophin with only 16+9 in CD and duellists reflexes 1

Ok, he had epic armour and I had sc'd armour and weapons but still I hit offhand enough to not worry too much.

It's really not that gimped a spec, very good when you hit those SI dungeons and shield is nice in rvr of course

Still, wouldn't mind a decent CD line and a respec

yes you have to sacrifice stuff for it, but PUHLEASE isnt it worth it?

as a bm a anytime stun is useless imo, you lack any high damage styles you could use while stunned, back style, side style in blunt skill dont do any more damage than regular taunt, and even taunt is half of doublefrost damage

on the other hand, i oneshotted a yellow bonedancer on mordred with 99qua cleaver + 99qua hand axe with snowsquall on mordred

with LA styles my sb was hitting for more with df at lvl35 than my lvl50 50blunt spec bm hsa as cap, go figure

best way to go as bm is to spec cd, more damage to add to the pathetic mainhand damage

and arnor, with 50la 42shield rest parry you would have 3weaponskill and couldnt hit a lvl0 mob

Frenzy only works in 1fg vs 1fg fight, if its a 2fg vs 2fg you get WAY to much attention when vendoed and you allmost die instantly

oh, df do not need further nerfing - its allready a crap style compared to snowsquall/icy brilliance... only good as backupstyle

I uber suck though Kinda annoying when you spec 50 Pierce 50 CD and have 28 +15 parry
