not that expensive tbh, think yourself lucky it didnt have ml10 belt or levi ring in it

Just posting to say the 1st template Jacob posted is working out really nice and the ml10 chest proc when it procs or doubleprocs is absoluberly insane

yep, % based heal is nice when you have high health
works out more than the TG vests, tis why I try to fit ML10 chests where I can.
