Can you get a leather halloween hat with it on? Or the DF event sleeves? Suppose wearing cloth parts to get it is too much gimpage?

Slayer vest + suede boots = 8% spell dmg

seen alot of ns's with staffes equiped when they are nuking.. duno what they are using though

Prolly ml10 staff, i have done tests and 10 dex makes more difference than the extra 4% it gives
