Im about to upgrade my system, and have decided on the following so far.

Pentium 4 3.2 GHz (Intel Boxed)*** Pentium 4 / 3.2 GHz / 800 MHz / 16 KB L1 / 1 MB L2

MSI 875P Neo-FIS2R*** Intel 875P / Pentium 4 / 800 MHz / LAN / ATX / Serial ATA-150/DMA/ATA-133(Ultra) / Serial ATA-150

But im unsure of what RAM i need to get to take full advantage of both motherboard and processor.

I heard good things about Kingston, so i plan on buying those, but unsure on what specs i need to get, money isnt an issue.

Any help would be great.

Based on articles like this I would suggest a pair of 512MB DDR400 (PC3200) to make use of the dual-channel memory support (handy colour coding on the slots too it seems).
