Need some form of PC optimizer program

Anybody seen a program, preferably downloadable, which cleans up the regestry/ makes everything run faster etc?

TweakNow RegCleaner is the program, link is below

You'll need to go into the options and delete the reg entries marked to be ignored then you're set.
