need ickle bit of catacombs help/info

well now is the issue that i've found a pretty decent cloak that i'd like to have, but allakhzam is pretty vague in its description in how to obtain it...

it is the daemonic crusader cloak http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=23018

and as you migth see it just say the zone(no specific mob/quest), so now just clarify it for me, is it a random zone drop or is it from a specific mob/quest there?

ps. any other nice site(cept allakazam) out there for catacombs info?
