Need Hero Spear Template

Looking for a hero spear template with

gov and som but not with ml 10 spear ..

had a quick browse through some previous posted templates and nothing catched my eye but Ive a feeling I missed a few.

If anyone has a good one handy please post up -

Just imo, no good template nowdays can be made without some rogs of d00m.
There are plenty of different drops/arts avaible but still a hard time getting a decent temp. So asking about a GOOD template has no point as u wont get the rogs from that template ...assuming the owner is in his mind.

my luwi spearo rox's tbh get ml10 and let it proc people to dead it is serious hardcore spear... proc insaney alot and gives around 300 - 500dmg on a couple of secs

That Template not bad, altho give up some parry and raise Energy resists if u wanna run in group imo.

Stressing that I dont want the ml 10 spear in the template ..

give me sok or lgm spear or something...cnba to spend the next few weeks attending all ml10 raids for that spear or farming up the cash to trade for it ..thats if people even sell them do they ? anyway ..any other suggestions are v.welcome
