Can anyone confirm, that the quest items on Visionofsage is the quests, we get when Europe patch to toa?

most of the items on the visionofsages site have been toned down for 1.68

we get toa with 1.67 items so most will be better than shown on the site - but will be nerfed in 1.68

(unless we get a few of the 1.68 changes in our version of 1.67 like has happened a few times).
