Need help with IE+ASP (Active Server Pages)!

I've got a problem with ASP server pages and IE. For those of you who don't know what ASP, is, ASP is Active Server Pages blahdy blah blah blah! Well, the problem is, that when I try to signing to ASP webpages, e.g., Barrysworld, Hotmail or FilePlanet, I put in my signup info then it takes me to page not found. Someone who I kow told me that this was because the pages aren't executing on my system, but he doesn't know why, can anyone here help? They worked fine before I formatted. I am using IE 6 (was before I formatted too) and Netscape, they work fine in Netscape...

Check in Internet Options that your internet security isn't on too high. Too be safe hit Default Level.

That may be the problem.
