Need help with a sc template

I'm terrible at building these things so I was wondering if anyone could help me with a template that has the following 3 items in. I need to cap str/con/dex/qui + pierce/parry/celtic dual and shield if possible although its entirely optional.

Chest Piece
3 Celtic Dual
3 Parry
56 hits
27 qui

Broodmother Fang
6 Pierce
6% body
6% matter
6% slash

Vine Wrapped Pierce
5 Pierce
3 Celtic dual
6% spirit
6% energy

I also have a:
Spined Piercer
40 hits
4 Pierce
4 Parry
4 Shield
(for when getting shield out occasions )

Ive spent about 3 hours now tring to do mine.. :/

Always end up needing some drop that every man and his dawgs after ;/

Ive now stolen a SC set up and am adapting it to fit my meager / paultry budget.. i still manage to end up over capping slash badly..

Well decided to max qui again in order to swing as fast as possible to interupt casters + increase chance of pf proccing (more hits osv). Don't mind using rare items as I got the patience etc.

But then I don't have any of those parts, all mp stuff, waiting for the 1.62 necky and everything is capped, I go on so few galla raids that I'll never see a new piercer so I counted on mp daggers instead.

All I'll miss is the nifty effects and energy dot tbh so /shrug

Thats the stats on galla bm chest piece - replicating stats so that when I finally get my hands on it, it will slot into my sc set up perfectly

Also I'm considering doing 2 sets or armor with same stats so that I have one set procced ( with mere 100 aa proc) till i can get hands on 5x 150 aa for 2nd set
