kill the mob is very easy if u know the trick, problem is u wont get encounter if he doesnt drop the spear and its kinda rare drop. I've killed him around 20 times by now and only seen the spear drop 3 times so its not exactly like u just get a grp to help u do it once and then its done if u not very lucky
