Need help to light ment template

I need some help to make an very very good template for a light ment. I guess some of the items might be Tartaros Gift, Guard of Valor, Tablet of Atlantis, Cloudsong, Ceremonical Bracer and Madding Scalars? or is that totally wrong?
please help me to make a good one, not to expensive.. max 40plats.

If you gonna buy Scalars, I think they are around 40 plat only them

I assume you are gonna farm all the scrolls and arties? because its not just mad scalars that is expensive. GOV, cloudsong and tablet all fit somewhere in the range of 20-50p each for the arty and scrolls.
Also if you are prepared to do some serious farming you can add items like the immolated ring otherwise that and other similar high utility non arty pieces tend to go for around 20p each...

So the real question is how much farming are you prepared to do?

The artifacts and scrolls do i find my self, the housing is overpriced. Im ready to farm several days to find the stuff i need to get the right template, i just need someone to tell me what items is needed.
