Need help on a GOA quest

Hi all i was just wondering if u could spare some of your time to help me with a GOA quest its called Fylgja. I hav seen the previous discussion on this but i dont feel it was helping so i would like help in getting the Myrkwood [wood], the [stone] filled with aegirs energy, and im not worried about the metal.

Sadly I cant remember where I found the other bit as I did the quest a LONG time ago
