Need help getting digital sound

Hi all i just got a Pioneer DCS-232 home theater set and it has dts/5.1 for its inbuilt dvd player but has no digital out socket.So is there anyway i can connect it to xbox/ps2 ect and get digital sound.
My outputs are a scart socket, video socket and red/white audio socket.

I had a quick look at that unit and it doesn't look like it has an optical/coaxial digital in, so I would expect that you won't be able to take a feed from a console into it.

I presume that the main unit is a DVD/decoder all in one?

If you've got the cash, you could always splash out on this

Thx for help but no cash for a while now and guess ill have to have stereo sound from consoles for now
