Need help for essay- UK paedophile cases

Doing a uni essay on paedophilia and a portion of it needs to be on key debates within the media so need some cases however other than sarah payne and the gary glitter stuff cant think of any off the top of my head. Going to do some stuff on megans/sarahs law too but just need some more cases if anyone can syphon off some names please. Trying to remember the name of that model the other year who was killed and guy had sex with her but cant!

Cheers guys brilliant especially the second one! Was going to do a bit on whether internet paedophiles who watch the porn/pictures etc should be classed different on people who actually have sex with children. Just need some gruesome cases to show the worst angle of it. Also trying to look for that case earlier in the year 16 year old having sex with her 15year old boyfriend and getting done for being a paedophile.

Not sure I would use him. There must be loads of much worse offenders about. He was my hero when I was a teen. Bloody great records.

One thing, paedophiles are not always kept in seperate isolated areas so when they go and shower, the guards will look the other way and let people beat the paedophile up. maybe you could add something about this?

how about that thing a few months ago with the boy who was britains youngest father (then several other people popped up...bit like in the movie sparticus) to say "no i'm the real father!" I think he was like 12 or something. There is also the pedo sex trade in asia that you could look in to and how about the fact that what we term paedophillia is perfectly legal and acceptable in other countries. Even in this country in medieval tiimes gals were considered to be old maids at the age of 16 *waits for chodax to agree with this heartily*

but yeah like the man said above, be very careful what you look up on the interweb lol, might be worth just doing these searches actually at uni and explaining what you are looking up so you have witnesses, there was also the case with chris langham who says he was only lookign up child pron to understand stuff about how he got abused...very dark and murkey stuff, glad i dont get assignments like that tbh

I want to remind people about Sophie Hook who was killed in Llandudno in 1995. She was 7 years old and stolen from a tent in her grandparent's by a known paedophile. It was local to me and still sickens me to this day.
