Hi, basically im not badly out of shape but pretty bad. My body looks semi good when looking at top half, little bit of moobs but can get rid of them but when look more down and get to my lower body I have huge love handles and it looks shocking. Anyone have tips how I can get rid of these, seems crunches dont do the best job. Any fitness people who can give tips be great, or just anyone who knows without taking the pee
