Film Need help figuring out the name of a movie

I forgot to memorize the name of this particular movie. I only remember the intro; You see what could be car lights lighting up a road, on a dark and possibly foggy night while the intro music rolls, somewhat eerie.

Thing is, i cant connect this to a certain plot, or what happens next. Help!

I recon it is perhaps 10 - 15 years old. Intro was most memorable. Probably hollywood, but they don't make them like that any more.
