Anyone know where can I get old or beta dets..23.11 seem to crash HL everytime I quit..

I had all kinds of fun with the 23.11s. Lockups, crashes on quit, random crashes to desktop, the lot. Apparently there are serious issues with the 23.11s and VIA chipsets. The old 21.81s seem perfectly stable, though.

i got 23.11 no problems at all on my gf3 200.

I have been using the 23.11s on my GF2GTS with no probs with Glide and plenty of exiting CS screen freezes with D3D.

He means with OpenGl, not Glide. Silly probable ex-voodoo user.

I got the 21.83s of the BW FTP but im not sure if it's gonna crash because I aint been playing HL yet
