My computer broke, and i got a presentation on there which i cba to redo. Can anyone convert it to a older version of office which works with open office?

I might need a couple of different versions since i never know which one works. And please strip all the premade layout stuff (make it white pages).

If you can make a version for open office which works that will do, but if thats not possible can you try to make a Office 2000/XP version. If that doesnt work can you then just copy all the text into a document so i can make it from scratch...

It would also help if you converted the presentation to pdf.

Rep for all who succeed! :D

I could only covert it into a virus....do you want me to send it to you?

Doesn't PPviewer work? It's a tool made by MS, so in theory it should work ^^

Simply do this:

Put the File from the Zip archive into a folder

Go to folderproperties
Select the 2nd fan ("Vis" på dansk)
Disable "Hide extentions of known formats"

Then you will see the name of the file is: "opgavetitle.pptx"

Rename it to "opgavetitle.pps" and double click = Powerpoint show running and working, should work on systems with older versions as well

EDIT: Changing from ppt (or pptx for new versions) to pps, changes it from an editable powerpoint to just a powerpoint show, which means it runs the presentation automaticly, with no options to edit the context

1: Unzip.
2: Take out your powerpoint.
3: Stick it into a folder.
4: Repeat 2 and/or 3 until you're satisfied.

*runs* :D
