Need a good Berserker SC template please!

I need a good zerker sc template please... anyone know of 1? current spec is 50 hammer 50 la 28 parry, I don't think you can max all with 99% I may be wrong... so I don't mind using MP armour.

It needs to use the new SI jewelry too if possible

I have checked VN boards but they're full of TOA templates

dont have 2h weapon this moment but when get one, make template.
quickness i dump leftovers.

i am not sure what kind changes inc to df items next patc? have link and all to check but so far cba read it thru.
using some items from df, easy to replace if need, and easy to get.
BOI is only item what need farming, otger get from quests or df.
have similar or close this kind template to my hunter, whit 1 MP part and i used 2 part from epic armour.
hunters epics, atleast these 2 part (vest and cap if remember correct) have nice imbue points, dont get even close whit MP parts.
