Need a bit of help from your FHOT design skills!

I am about to get another tatoo and therefor I would like some ideas on how it should look like.

We are talking a heart with an arrow through it of some sorts with the word "Mor"(mom) and the date "21-11-56" in it. I was thinking in the line of a simple drawing like the type of hearts carved into trees.

So anybody out there who would like to help is more than welcome to draw me a picture and show it. You might end up getting your art work on my left arm.
