made this for a temp with 50 afbonus and good resists, but im in no way happy with that low matter, but what can i say, worse resists in the one im using atm, but this one has more uses, 50 af, and more hp, but no duration.
Could probably improve it if i knew what bonuses hands could have except spellduration (5%)

and yes, no ctr, but its a first draft, and i would probably improve it more with using 8.10 sleeves or so, and drop the tock, put in ctr, and fiddle around abit with bracer of snow , and might be able to cap spellduration and 50 af, with lower hits but possibly better resists!
