Anyways, not going to get into a debate about this because that would mean explaining things that I have no right to go into in order to prove a point.

It's ok u dont have to prove anything, I am just playing devils advocate. But I am sure the famalies of the deceased would have to live with the memories.

But as it stands the law defines rape pretty much as you just did i:e memories and feelings, you cannot be prosecuted under rape laws for shagging dead people, because dead people cannot consent or not as the case would be.
