Well in USA, you could easy get like 30 years in prison for rape. Imagine being someones bitch for 30 year. I doubt you'll ever rape again.
In Norway on the other hand, you can basically get out the same year you rape someone.

Im of the school that think a dead person have gone away, what used to be the person is gone. Its a piece of meat. That doesnt make necrophilia ANY worse. Its just as sick, and its VERY SICK. Well, necrophilia is some kind of psychical illness I'd say, but at least it doesn't hurt the target. It's more the surrounding that will get hurt (which doesn't mean I think it's ok to do it, don't get me wrong there, I just couldn't find another way to say what I mean).

I think it's pretty sick to shag a dead body and I'd really like to know what's going on with the people who do it. I mean there must be some kind of explanation why they do such things.

aye pretty much the same in denmark an its just fucking wrong.. was this case about alot of men been abusing this 10 year old girl or something an one of them got the very hard sentence!!!! they call 3 years for abusing a little girl a hard sentence wtf is wrong? they should be killt imo.. Well, going with this weird idea of yours I will state a simple reason why it rape is worse then necropilia (Rape of the dead as you seem to define it).

A living person can feel the attack whereas the dead doesnt
A living person has to carry the memory of attack for rest of their life a dead doesnt.

Even attempted rape > necrophilia and to say different is just a sign of having very little knowledge of what the victims feel from that point on.

Anyways, not going to get into a debate about this because that would mean explaining things that I have no right to go into in order to prove a point.
