It's broken for necros.
As Cathul said, WP and MoM are the only ones really worth getting.

Well, I suppose Mystical Crystal Lore isn't a bad choice, since you could use it to double-transfer power.
Transfer, cast MCL, transfer again or on someone else.
Though I think it's something that should be your last RA.

First RA imo. Helps with leveling for those mobs that resist everything and clear you out. Hit mcl, no downtime and youre back to pulling again. Also useful in rvr for after you die (yes a necro in rvr 
) .. hit mcl after the inevitable ghetto rez and get a pet + a cple of buffs and still have power for some nukes if someone appears.
