necro deathsight bug ? need help here

i start a necro and i wonder if the deathsight spec is buged and will be fix, or i kip pull and kill orengs and yellos non stop cos of the power tap spell ( i dont say i dont love it ).

do any 1 know if the necro will get any nerf ?
