Yup 13 sounds about right for most of the time around Bolg, skirmishing with our group of 6 with no healer and a laggy chanter who insisted on going LD every time a fight started

Our final run consisted of us finding another half group of Hibbies, going to AMG and being sandwitched between your 13 and another 2FGish coming through the AMG, now THAT seems like a Zerg when you have almost a group

P.S there was an actual Mid mini zerg earlier in the night, and ohhhh whats this only Hibs have casters and Albs have none?.....

Oh, looks like I missed all the fun.

Happily admit to being there, I’m the dead Ranger lying at the feet of about 10 Alb nukers in Aussies Screenie. Zarko and I (frustrated tank) had charged through the gate to break the deadlock and I’d pretty much been nuked to hell, used IP and FA before dying in about 30 secs. But the other Hibs followed and another glorious rout occurred. Hurrah for Hib!

I had an excellent RvR night, was with a Dark Order guild group (thanks guys) and we had spent the evening running around killing 1 fg of Albs, one after the other. It had got so funny at one stage that we had taken down 4 fg. All arriving nicely, in 30 second intervals, after we’d killed the last Alb. We finally died, with everyone totally out of mana and end, to a 3-4 FG Alb Zerg.

So release, and back to Emain where we patrolled, till it was clear from intelligence (See Noche’s post), that Albs where building up a Zerg. So once they arrived at AMG we all trundled over and Zerged the pants of you. I had a huge smile on my face at the end of 2 Hours of Zerging Albs over and over.

I’ve spent so many months, with a large number of Hibs, running around within Emain and other frontiers in 1FG. Always looking for a good fun and fair fight. But I’m really sorry, but 90% of the time, you will encounter 3-6FG Albs Zerging.

So, to end a long post. I’m going to use my brain, Albs Zerg (I have over 25 screen-shots) and the only way to counter a Zerg is with a Zerg. Albs FFS, Emain is ours. When you port to Emain, Hibs will be there to defend. Zerg us and we will zerg you back. I don’t like Zerging but it’s a necessary tactic to counter the only tactic the majority of Albs know.

And ofc, hibbies moving in at least 2fg seems reasonable from now, since albs even brag about they NOT being 2fg BUT 2fg - 3 hehehe

Next time we get "zerged" at Excal lets post a whine thread on how lame it is to Zerg in your own realm.

lol at all the zerg threads... zergs are fun in moderation but when its every day it gets too much ...
i agree lately there have been a lot of hibbies in Emain compared to Albs and Mids which means we just end up running around hopeing we get lucky and meet a fg of invaders ...
When more Groups venture into the other frontiers will be a better time for DAoC

If u want to take keeps go where you know you can take a keep with the amount of people you have

I have always loved 1 fg vs 1 fg and always will but that doesnt happen anymore

I was there with FC and HB that night was one of the most exiting fights ever zerg against aliance zerg , pitty we lost doh but hey i liked it Anyway its true hibs casters gets anoying if you are in the alb or mid realm . Pitty that Albs have the reputation of zeging and that we allways get that thrown at our head while, to be honest, every realm does it .......................
