Nearsight spell

I got Nearsight on my Runie. Tryed to use it a few times on monsters, but did'nt seem to get any effect out of it.

What is it's use in PvE and what effect has it in RvR ?

It reduces the range of all mobs that have ranged attacks and at later levels (Like Malmo) it is generally used to pull mobs from a very large distance.

Use it a lot in RvR, the other realms love it
