Nature druid -advice needed

Respeccing a guild druid to at least 36 nature for the insta root spell.
Will speccing to 46 nature get us another insta AE root spell on a different timer or just upgrade the previous 1?
Anyone used a 46 nature druid b4?

Anyone know if the lvl46 version would be less likely to be resisted thn the lvl36, as is the case with cloth casters spells?

Not arguing the case that 46 nature leaves very little else of use for a Druid just interested
