lets say, i brought a second hand copy of eve, and wanted to change the name and/or start again. possible?

you can create 3 characters afaik... so starting a new one should be np...

can always transfer the stuff to your new character from your old one

Changing a chars name is impossible unless it is "modded" you could try a petition to have it changed.. but it might be sometime in 2020 when you get a response........
