It pains me to say this but I was reading the Sun this morning and there was a thing about it... big deal. Is he supposed to stay as a child's idol for the rest of his life? Perhaps going from wizard kid straight to naked plays is a bit strong (although I guess there was that cameo in Extras as a kind of bridge...) but it had to happen at some point. Shut up parents.

Complaints like that will be from the few and the stupid in my opinion. I think it's a fairly good career move; he won't be Harry Potter for much longer.

The images were shown on GMTV this morning (my gf left the telly on or something). He has clearly been doing the pressups. I can just imagine the amount of breakfast being projected by all the conservative types.

Lets face it he landed the actors part of a lifetime, can't blame him for sticking with it. He's only got a couple of them to go then he has to prove himself in other roles, unlike a lot of actors I actually think he'll manage to get away from it - if his acting improves, which it has been slowly from the HP films I've watched.

The Krankies
A staple of the show's later years was The Krankies, aka husband and wife duo Jeanette and Ian. Their most memorable turn featured Jeanette dressed up as schoolboy Wee Jimmie Krankie. The Krankies had been performing in Northern working men's clubs and entertaining the troops in Europe since the 60s. In 1978 they won Club Act of the Year and were spotted by Lord Delfont who signed them to appear on the 1979 Royal Variety Performance bill. Annoyingly, they're still going today.

The play he's doing, Equus, is more than nakedness.....he gets his rocks off to horses! And yes, he appears COMPLETELY naked in the play more than once (studied play at school, so if they stick to the script he should!) Good play though, i might try and go see it!
