GoV - it has dex cap - the melee resists on Nailahs are easy to get on other items.

Using nailahs on my sorc atm, advantage, not really sure, like the looks of it, and worked with the items in my template but the disadvantage is that there are no +cap, which for me meant i had to get 2x immolated to cap etc... It also has 3x6 resists, where GoV has +dex...

Edit: Nailahs also has a root proc, but i hardly ever see it go off anyway , and GoV has Af debuff as a proc which is nice...

i dont play sorc but for a General caster its really which fits into the template you make and also if u prefer robes or a chest piece - i choise nailahs as i prefer robes on my wizzie

GoV: 42 Utilty, 70 ToA Utility, 27 Imbue Value.

Nailah's: 44 Utilty, 40 ToA Utility, 24 Imbue Value.

GoV has a higher utility, making it way easier to build templates. It is easy to get, a Death Servant Necro with FoP bot and a class with speed and pets (Sorc/Theurg/Mini) can do it alone in 10 minutes.

GoV has also the better Level 5 ability. The Level 10 proc on the GoV will rarely get you killed cause it broke mezz/root. In 8 vs 8 charge tanks can not be CC'ed already and it will get worse with 1.76. If someone else melees you and the proc goes off, bad luck.

Gov, it has dex cap. Can't make a temp without insane rogs with jacinas and tartaros.(Tho I don't use Jacinas on my sorc since it's a quite early sc Belt of Moirai ftl.)

I just like to vent my opinion regarding those 2 artifacts.

Nailahs - Caster-item only, why is it not as good as GoV who most classes (if not all) can use.

But nailah isn't camped 24/7, only 1 scroll is rare and the arti itself is a lot cheaper on CMs. It depends, if you can wait try your luck with getting a GoV, if you need your chest fast go for Nailah. allready have gov arti just need credit, and can trade stuff like mad tales or tartaros book for some GOV scrolls, if i need it that much

I would never do a template without jacinas again, even if it was a budget template I'd rather drop gov/tartaros/cs and get traldors/nailahs/scalars/golm/jacinas instead of dropping jacinas.

The aoe power change saves life. If you have a long fight your clerics will eventually need power unless they can stand in a fop all fight and 25% power to everyone in the group is so amazing. Specially if you are a caster heavy group and all got js.

Also as Chronic said, Nailahs proc is way better than gov.
