n00b cabby needs help (pets)

which one does what?

first one seems like basic no frills model with added self con buff

green one i've not used yet tbh

blue one seems like lifetap proc plus.. disease(?)

yellow one looks like dot proc

anything else i need to know?

Amber self con buff and stun proc.

Sapphire procs a lifetap.

Ruby is the casting pet.

Emerald procs a single line disease and dot.

Jade does the square root of fuck all!

One thing: If you're aiming to become a Spirit Cabalist, go Saracen with +15 dex (and +10 int or maybe con) at creation.

Amber has the most hitpoints of them all (on account of having its own con buff). You can see this when recycling pets, amber gets you back the most power.

Since the amber bugs when u base con him with a lvl 50 ehn buffbot would I be wrong saying the saphire would be a better focus tank fully buffed?

Emerald, because he procs alot, hits quite hard, has the highest absorb and you can give him base con.

Technically the con buff doesn't actually add HP, the amber just has more HP anyway.

The Amber self CON buff adds to amber abs %.

Well lvl 50 cabas have different opinions if emy is buffed by a lvl 50 bb is better or not than amby buffed by the same bot but without the con buff (he gets ramdom wierdness)

I guess it would depend on how good the buff bot is.

Emerald + base con would definitely have fewer HP, but potentially higher absorb from an uber base CON buff might or might not cancel it out.

Personally I think emerald is a better rvr pet anyhow. Though that's only from observations on whether level 50s bother to turn around and kill a pet my level 46 puts on them.

Sapphire is also very good in RvR. I think it does a bit more damage in RvR than Emerald. They both have the same amount of hitpoints but Sapphire can lifetap some back which also hurts alot when people have low hp's.

gotta say saphire is my favorite so far i think, least for the way im xping atm

can set him on agressive in a blue/yellow spawn and almost go afk as the xp rolls in
