Mythrian drops

I was informed that mythrians dropped like so:

cl6 mythrians: Tier 1
cl8 mythrians: Tier 2
cl10 mythrians: Tier 3

Lesser: yellow con mobs
Average: red con mobs
Greater: named mobs

So for example, only tier 3 named mobs would drop the greater power regen mythrians. However I have heard that Absorbacrom who is a named mob in Tier1 drops greater power mythrians. Anyone know if this is true?

So far it seems that the mythrian drops for me are following what I have written above.

I got a Greater safe fall one from some random yellow/orange entrance mob, also the Average power (pom10) is CL10, don't know about the other ones though.

However I have heard that Absorbacrom who is a named mob in Tier1 drops greater power mythrians.

absorbacrom is a Tier 3 mob as it is the encounter mob for a Tier 3 relic.
to conlude, all tier 3 relic mobs have a chance to drop tier 3 relics - greater power, greater health, endurance regen, waterbreath and the rest of greater tier 3 crap mythirians - a list with mythirians grouped by tier was posted some time ago here on FH

also cerberus has a chance to drop tier 3 mythirians, but is a slim chance.

even so, someone in our /as had reported a greater power mythirian dropped from a regular (red/purp?) mob. think it was Katch the one who got it.

Anyone know what drops the 8 dexcap/dex ones? been farming in laby a bit and havent had one of any +8 stat drop.

Its totally dependant on the con of the mob.

High purple = greater chance to drop 8dex cap myth than say a blue con.
Make a pbaoe farming group and go kill purples/agramon etc and you'll get a few drop.

Ahh ok , it was just that we spent about 4 hours killing everything that moved in the laby and we didnt get any +stat and cap myths , we got nearly everything else though and was wondering if they were from specific mobs.

If you specifically want the stat + statcaps ones I suggest going near where Might and Magic are. There is a whole series of named mobs named Alpha, Beta, Gamma, etc to Iota but by the time you have killed a few they will have respawned. Quite hard melee mobs but with no special attacks. Saw some people running around focus farming them, we killed them with a fg, 2 at a time along with any nearby adds. I got a greater str+str cap mythrian as well as lots of others.
