its funny how they take soooo long, and its utterly crap. VoS is still 10 times better.
Its way to big in my taste, no way to get a clear view of it all. Missing all the stats, cant see charges/procs. No info on where it drops. Nothing about the encounters... just what does this got over VoS?
Then eg it says healers only get partial use from CTR. Dosnt healer speed work with the aoe from level 10?

I don't really see why Mythic should post a walkthrough for their own game, that would ruin part of the challenge for those that like PvE.

It's up to the player/fan sites to solve that and post.

Think about it, if Mythic posted how to do every encounter and ML the moment they released TOA...

When you say JS I assume you mean Jacina's Sash. That doesn't have a /use2, the lvl 10 ability is the 10% chance to not use any power when casting. I am also pretty sure that is the main reason to get that artifact for healers and if it wasn't working somebody would have noticed by now.

The Heal and Replenish Power are both /use.
If you're a healer type (including secondary healer - Friar, Shaman, Warden) you get the heal ability. If you're a caster then you get the replenish power. You don't get them both on any class even though they are both listed on the delve. It's been that way since ToA was launched.
