also it's your third raising skill. emp is bards 2nd..

edit: however, i wouldn't mind if mages gained con instead of qui as the game is now

atleast something at all. not like every mage drop in alb only got +qui!!1 on them like rf armor got +emp on em in hib

if it doesnt have emp in it the BMs say its a BM drop and snatch it up.

imo i think crowd control is more needed. I cant count the number of times someone runs for me, I insta mess, some pet of something hits them for negative 10 dmg and they charge and procied to defile me in ways i never thought imaginable.
