Mythic lawsuit on Mythica

As you prolly know Mythica was cancelled right after Mythic suied their asses.

GameSpy: Did the Mythic lawsuit have any bearing at all on the decision?

MS still own Mythica's intelectual property right, and I assume that Mythic will want MS to hand it over.
