My other half.

well,

Over the last few months, I was seriously worried about me other half. I would constantly play cs at night up in the room and she would be downstairs watching the soaps or whatever else she fancied watching.

If I wasnt playing CS, then I was abroad working - in a nutshell - never there.

All the worries fly through the head about family life etc etc....

Anyway, all these worries flew out the window on Xmas Day.

She only went and bought me a PS2.

Any games to recommend ?

erm.......NHL 2003 is great fun with a few mates round

GTA3 and GTA3:VC, MOH:SH, The Getaway, The Thing (i like them), GT3 etc.

Rest are all good buys, but dont expect to be amazed by MGS2.

(Am I the only person who thinks tekken 4 isn't half as good as 3/tag?)

Depends if you like Wipeout or not. If, like me, you lost 6 months playing 2097 you will hold it to be the best thing evar. If you never quite "got" Wipeout, you prolly wont like it.

Picked up Rez 2nd hand for 20 quid. Thought it seemed pointless and strange til I played it cained. Then it made much more sense.

Oh and Wij, wash your mouth out dear boy. Baek is god.

I'm glad they replaced(ish) him with Hwoarang. At least he has less chance of coming across a mega combo by random kick-button bashing
