Homemade lasagna is fucking pro, especially if you make it with tagliatelle(flat spaghettis) rather than the classic flat lasagna pasta. The best part about it is also that it tastes surprisingly good even after you've freezed it and then microwaved it later. Definetly a relatively cheap meal that will last a week or so if you are alone

Can't give you a recipe though, mainly because well - I leech my mothers when I make it



Regarding finding cooking fun btw! try baking, its even more fun especially when you make something where you can eat the dough

I was thinking earlier that I wanted to start baking aswell. Since I needed some good bread for my vegetables soup earlier. So that should be fun trying hehe.

I recommend this highly if you like a good curry. Saw it on the t.v. one night and it looked easy+tasty and it was!

I advise that you make quite a lot of the paste in one go and then freeze it, as it is the most difficult part. You can then make it again when you feel like it with relative ease.
