As requested, here is my minstrel's SC config
May not be the best, but i like it - the config was created by my good friend Stinkie/Emale/Jellybaby.
You need 4 MPs: Boots, Gloves, Shield, Flute
With flute out you cap stealth and lose cap on slash, with wep/shield out you cap slash and lose cap on stealth, (i useually stealth with flute out, but drum essentially = flute in sc terms except mine is not MP thus has -1 stealth than cap if drum is out - you could make it with a mp drum and have capped stealth with drum or flute out).
I beleive, it caps all except 2% energy and 2% heat.
