i generally leave graycos, i find it quite fun to wave to them and scare them abit on my scout. altho sometimes it feels like i wanna kill a realm mate.

imagine this. you got a nightshade down to 5% that is running and this little minstrell LANDS a dd and gets the kill on on the one i was about to kill. this made me think WHAT?!.

happened once. the minstrel was lvl 25-26.

I'm not sure I've ever killed (or indeed seen) a greycon in RvR.

If people leave them, that'd perhaps explain why my speedless scout has managed to get through to Eras to repair it's walls a few times. (He's LGM Fletcher) He only has been jumped once, by a warlock that one shotted him, then /hug'ed him (on his way back, so sped up the journey). He hasn't seen any other enemies, but there may well have been stealthers who saw him and didn't attack.

I leave grey cons alone aswell.. let them get on with the xping rather than piss them off and killing them...

well DF is also technically classed as an rvr zone.. so you will have seen a grey con darzil :p still.. no point in killing them its pretty pointless and cowardly tbh

No, or at least not for several years (Think I helped clean it out once about 3 years back), I don't often go there, and stay Alb / diamond loop if I do.

I generally let greys live if they are no threat to me, although sometimes I let them know I'm around.

In old hibland I once mezzed a full group of levellers, to let them know I was around ;)

For some reason their pets remained unmezzable and kept jumping up and down. Then I realised they weren't their pets, but the mobs that they had been fighting and the whole group wiped. Sorry hibbie group.

I've also done the DF thing with pets on greys. Get them down to low health then let them live, unfortunately the last time I tried this I'd had too much booze , miscalculated damage and grey died. Sorry little mid fellow.

I got lot's of /waves in DF when I was XPing there as a lowbie so I think this is a good thing to let the grey/green con live, especially when it is the entry/lowbie area. I just hate people moving there to farm greys. Don't say this doesn't happen - even saw people hiding behind the corner from the exit portal to catch the grey con players that were trying to flee. So that was an organized hunt! :wanker:

In most cases however the lowbie areas gave me /waves and /huggles and so I'd give back the same ;)

From a mid PoV - if I move as a lowbie PAST the drinkers etc behind X-Road I should expect some Albs/Hibs and expect them to attack me. I generally don't understand people that "clear" grey/green cons in the deamhaness/soultron wing.

Most lame thing I had in DF were enemy players passing me while I fought mobs and let me think "ok - they won't attack" and then attack me from behind and adding on the ongoing PvE fight. Mind you - they were purple to me. :wanker:

I had to learn however that from a certain level (was it 36 or so? not sure) you are yellow to the other player thus he can only guess from the mobs/fights what level you are. So up from that age I think it's kill on sight for most encounters.

Let them live tbh, except WL's, BD's and sorces =)

Those who run with the zerg, well, their problem, but those who simply stand out of the way and do their XP thing without buggering me are the ones I'll gladly leave alone. I know the old RvR zone argument but c'mon, a little bit of love towards the lower players is never bad =)
