Plenty of liquids, and drop smoking for a few days if you are a smoker - see how you feel.

I've actually cut right down, one on a morning and thats about it for the day!Smoking was one thing to consider.
Coffee/tea are another. Do you drink a lot of caffeinated drinks? Try cutting back on them for a bit. You might get ratty while you withdraw from the caffeine but after a few days you might notice a difference.
Put it another way, I never knew that coffee was a trigger for tinnitus in some people. I cut back and my tinnitus went away.

Haha!I always have some duct tape in my room and if I go on a trip anywhere I take some with me, its probably the most useful substance known to man. Just yesterday my only butter knife broke in half, so did I go and buy a new one? No I taped it back together like a real man.
