my avatars are gone, PANIC !!!

dunno if this problem is related with the connection problem everyone has atm...
took me 5 hours to download the patches, after i set my whole system up new...

now i try log into the game and i come to the screen where u choose the avatoar u wanna play with...
and there is nothing !!!

no char to pick, not even a "click here to make a new character"...just nothing and the "play" button is disabled...i can configure options but thats all...

PANIC !!! please tell me this is a europeanwide connection problem and has nothin to do with me...

jep i browsed some other forums in my country and it seems to be a wide spreaded problem for all dsl users around....package loss with about 50 % uke:

seems i have just to show a bit pacience, cause my isp says its not their problem when im re-routed via genf and new york to paris...
