goa can find out who the items got transfered to afaik, i imagine they can also see the persons main toon that eventually recieved the items, not sure what their policy is on giving the name out though.

They will only tell you who your toon transfered too, as its part of your account-business...

If the 'hacker' then moves the items from toon1 till toon2, you will not get informed.

Well yes, but GOA will not tell you who Theswedezz-e transfered the items too, because thats none of your business (account-wise)
