Just got emailed this link by one of my mates. It seems to be a 'radio station' service that creates stations based on music you have suggested and similar sounding artists.

It's hard to explain what it is without actually using it. My only issue is the lack of a stand alone client. It appears the only way to play the music is through a web browser.
