msn status?

How do I get msn messenger to automatically change my status from 'away' to 'online' when I return to the computer, after a period of inactivity?

It used to do it, can't remember how though. I have plus installed.

Personal settings, so far down you'll see 'My Status' and an option (you tick it) saying show me away when i'm inactive for [ ] minutes. set that, tick and press ok!

Yes, but it doesn't return to 'online' when you come back later. It just sticks on 'away'.
