MSN Remote Assistance?

I've never used this feature of MSN Messenger and was wondering if there were any online tutorials on how to use it. Maybe with some screen grabs of what the menu's look like? Is it flexible?

I've used it and it absolutely rocks*

You get a small sized screen of your victims PC, and they can be stupid enough to pass complete control to you.

It's exactly like VNC or PC Anywhere, really.

No additional software needed apart from MSN Messenger.

There is another form of Remote Assistance involving Terminal Services but that is only available if the _target_ machine is XP Professional.

* disclaimer, it rocks very slowly when using over a modem with large amounts of bitmaps on the screen.
