As if there weren't enough law suits in the world, now the sheet music industry is blaming the internet for lost profits.

The strangest part of it is that sites offering tabs and lyrics for download have existing for so, so long. If it's really wrong and the industry has a problem with tab and lyric sites, why has it taken so long to take action?

Tabs maybe I can understand, however lyric sites is a really reliable tool for finding songs you dont know the name of thus resulting in possible profit gain for the industry so yet again misjudgement from the industry on how to act towars things out of there control bites em in the ass.

Don't worry, after the free lyric sites go down, subscription based sites will appear to keep everyone happy; specially that group of lawyers who're profiting from other people's work.

In my opinion, this law suit is one of the most fucking retarded crusades yet.

For a start, I can't just go to my local music store and get tab music for some very unknown bands in the UK, I can find tabs on the net for Paradise Lost and Dreamtale and such, but can I fuck find it in my music store.

And as for attacking lyric sites? What complete and utter BULLSHIT.

I don't see how you can claim tabs are illegal when they are peoples interpretations of songs and a good 90% of the time they arent showing what the musicians play. I mean fuck, it should be up to the bands, that way it would only be pussy fuck pop and rock bands complaining about it and tbh who the fuck needs tabs for that shit anyway.
