Mp3 Tag editor

Been looking around for a program that can allow me to edit the tags on my mp3's so they look nice and neat. I've googled it and its come up with a million different programs. All i'm looking for is to edit the tag. I saw an article in the magasine about a program that does it automatically by matching the title of the song with its database. Anyone got any ideas what its called?
