Is it me, or does the chance to get MP seem alot lower with this patch?

And to whom it may concern - why doesnt crafters that are capped in their skills get a +bonus to making mp?

298 tries on MP chain gloves and 6 MPs in 20 tries on another piece.
The chance is JUST like in the old days.

It would be VERY odd if you were making MPs exactly at every 52'th try (think the chance is 1/52). Some are making more MPs than they did a few years ago and some are making less. It works JUST like any other system where you have a chance of an "outcome"/"event".
What makes ppl wonder is when all the ppl with some bad luck come and post stuff like you do and the lucky ones don’t.

PS. I have made about 20 MPs the last month and I would say that 1/52 is a good guess at the rate I make MPs. I have 200 leather parts for some chain MPs. I'll post the result when I’m done. I expect about 4 MPs, but I don’t count on it.

100 tries on MP chain leggings and 100 tries on MP chain helms. 0 leggings and 2 helms.

Well should still be the same, but I have also my self experienced a greater difuculity in getting MP's since last patch... when you pass 500 trys to make 1 MP then it's simply to mutch... when you then finaly get a MP and try to make another and this one takes another 400 tries, then there must be something wrong... I can't even sell theese MP's as they selling price is alot lower then crafting price..

Nope. You are just one of the ppl with some bad luck.

must be really really really bad luck then... the last 10 MP items I crafted all took 200+ tries to get I could not sell 1 of em with profit. as well as I kinda spend way to many hours doing that for it to be worth it.. so thinking of stopping making MP's as when it's cheaper to buy em from CM cause I have run out of luck...
